I didn’t like anything. It took 2 hours to get the car, hidden fees. $70 to pay for tolls even though I’d never spend that much in tollls. Truly an awful experience I wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone but my enemies

The worst 66 dollar to rent a car I didn't have They asked for 87 dollars insurance and 1500 dollar deposite refused from my bank The address says Yul but it is out of airport I took an Uber as it was 39mn walking then another Uber to rent from trusted professionals 30 mn Waiting my turn , rude personnel I won't never ever again rent with kayak I trusted you I don't know this officer

I do not recommend! Avoid at all costs! Please read carefully the contract, that’s all I can say since they added a clause that you are not allowed to say anything bad about them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 48 minutes for a shuttle (20 minutes on hold trying to call for a shuttle without anyone picking up). I then waited 25 minutes in the line. At which point I was told there was a $20 /day fee to take the vehicle out of state, despite having verified unlimited miles prior to booking. There is also a $50/day fee for tolls, if you don't pay $11/day for a toll pass. The price looks good initially, but with all the fees it's no cheaper and with the wait times just not worth it. Do not recommend. Also, be advised the location is off airport.

Terrible wait times. I have a disabled child and the desk agent was rude when I went to speak with her concerning the issues I was having. I would never recommend.

Really bad experience. Just one guy dispatching vehicles, lost 4 hours waiting to get my car and I had to return to exchange it because was full of cockroaches 🪳. Went back to do the exchange and the line still all the way outside at 1 am with kids and elder standing around…unfortunately and unacceptable…..

I was delayed on the tarmac for 2 hours and they cancelled the reservation and had nothing available

Not true to the price quoted in initial reservation. Once you arrive at there office to pick up the car it is double the price per day as advertised.
